Needs Full Restoration Vintage Rare 1930s New Haven Popeye Alarm Clock

ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF YOUR ANTIQUE WHILE THE INVESTMENT INCREASES IN VALUE. This is a rare 1930s Popeye alarm clock in need of full restoration and a good clean. The clock is currently not working and there are some scuffs, scratches and I think a key is missing from the rear. The dial is in good if stained condition, but the arms of Popeye are in situ. The clock measures 3.7 inches in diameter and stands 4.25 inches high.
